We merge the areas "Team Management", "Role Management" and "Service Provider" under the area "Companies".
In companies, you manage your company and all your team members.
Both team members with "Company Admin" and "Team Admin" permissions have access to this view. Note, however, that certain subviews and subadministrations require separate permissions.
Where can I find the company overview?
Cockpit
- Open Allthings Cockpit.
- Click on the gear icon in the lower left corner
- Click on companies.
- Continue in Compass step 3.
Compass
- Open Allthings Compass.
- Click on companies.
- Select the appropriate company from the list or create a new one by clicking the + next to the "Company" heading.
General settings
Company Information
Edit basic information such as:
- Name
- Logo
- Address data
- Type of company (administration, external company)
To be able to change settings, the "Company Admin" permission is required.
Team Management
Besides managing your company information, you can also add new team members or edit existing ones.

In order to create and edit new team members, you must have the "Team Admin" permission.

Creation and editing of text canned responses.

Manage additional data in one place.
Person responsible (owners, building management)
Create and edit the data of responsible persons that can be added to properties/buildings/units in the master data.

Automatic invitations of your tenants / property owners
Define whether newly imported rental/property owners should be automatically invited on a daily basis.
Using Invitation language, you also have the option of setting the language in which the invitations are sent.
