Book washing machines with Eeproperty Vesta via the Allthings tenant app, pay for their use and receive SMS or email notifications about the status of your washing process.
How do I access Vesta via the Allthings tenant app?
- Log in to your Tenant app.
- Select the Vesta tab.
- Click on the Redirect link to go to the login screen.
- Create an account or enter your Building code + Personal code.
- The Vesta portal will then open.
How can I top up my Vesta credit?
- Once you have successfully logged in to Eeproperty Vesta, select the Symbol with the three white lines and the Top-up tab.
- Select the Amount you would like to top up your credit with and follow the further instructions.
How can I check the availability of washing machines?
- After successfully logging in to Eeproperty Vesta, select the Symbol with the three white lines and the Machines tab.
- You will now be shown an Overview of the available washing machines.
How do I reserve a free time slot?
- Once you have successfully logged in to Eeproperty Vesta, select the Symbol with the three white lines and the Laundry planning tab.
- You will now be shown a Calendar with free periods.
- Select a Free time slot and reserve it by clicking Confirm.
Where can I adjust my notification settings?
- After successfully logging in to Eeproperty Vesta, select the white Cogwheel icon.
- Then manage your Notification settings.
