Create craftsman orders directly via Allthings Issue management and stay up to date at all times with regular status reports.
Create and manage craftsman orders
- Log in to Allthings Cockpit.
- Open the Issue management.
- Create a New ticket.
- Once the ticket has been created, a link is automatically generated that redirects you to the Yarowa portal. This is stored in an internal comment.

Open the link in a new tab and enter your e-mail address.
- You are now in the Yarowa portal and can create your craftmans order.

Status messages for open craftmans orders
After you have created a new ticket in Allthings Cockpit and the craftsman order in the Yarowa Portal, you will receive a status message in the ticket with each update of the order.
