For some people, the distinction between login and registration (sign up) may seem confusing at first glance. So here is a brief explanation.
Before you can use the app, you must first register. Registration is only possible if you have either received a registration code from your property management company or if your property management company has already assigned you to a rental period.
Registration if you have already been assigned to a rental period
If your e-mail address has already been added to a rental period by your property management company, you have usually already received an invitation e-mail which you can use to register directly. If you have not yet received an invitation e-mail or can no longer find it, simply click on “Register” and enter your e-mail address.
You will then immediately receive an e-mail in which you can confirm your registration and then set your password, language and username.
Registration is then complete and you can continue with your login.
Registration with a registration code
Important: If your e-mail address is not yet registered for a rental period, you will need a registration code from your property management company.
After you have clicked on “Register”, you must choose your name, e-mail address and password. Finally, you must confirm your e-mail address.
Registration is then complete and you can continue with the login.
Login
Once you have registered, you can log in to the Allthings app at any time using your e-mail address and chosen password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can simply reset it.
