Access to Allthings Insights → Overview of relevant app and cockpit usage statistics. If you need this permission, please contact your Allthings customer success representative. Currently, only Allthings can grant this permission.

Managing tenant companies |
Company Admin |
Access to Tenant Company Management. → Invite employees to an existing tenant company, assign other Company Admins and create tickets. It is also possible to allow all employees to create tickets. The fastest way to get to the Cockpit is to click the Cockpit button in the left sidebar of the web app. You will also find a link to the Cockpit in the email with which you were invited to the app.

Access to tenant company management, except for employees and their names. → Create tenant companies, edit existing ones and assign utilization periods to them.

Access to the Master Data. → Add properties/ buildings/ units, archive and delete. You can add agents and responsible persons or invite tenants via the Master Data.

Access to the Communication Center. → View, comment or hide posts of all users. → Create, edit or delete your own posts.
