In this article, we explain the functions and tasks associated with the various rights:
Rights | Functions & tasks |
Articles Agent | Grants access to articles within the assigned channels. This right lets the user write, edit, publish and delete articles, or even leave them unpublished. |
Article view only | Grants access to the items within the assigned channels. Editing of articles is not possible with this permission. |
App Admin |
Grants access to administration features, e.g. change the background image or edit the micro-apps. |
Bookable Asset Admin | Grants access to offers within the bookings and lets the user offer new assets and edit or delete existing assets. We advise assigning this right together with the Booking Agent right. |
Booking Agent | Grants access to bookings, allows the user to view booking requests and confirm bookings. When assigning Booking Agent rights, also assign Bookable Asset Admin rights. |
Check in Admin |
Grants edit access to app activation requests sent by tenants and/or employees. |
Doc Agent | This right gives access to documents: The Doc Agent can adapt documents and allocate them to the correct addressees through the corresponding channels (within one building). It also allows existing documents to be edited or deleted. |
Employee Agent | This right grants access to the Employee Management area where a company’s employees can be invited and granted Tenant Company Admin rights. These rights also include the right to delete employees. |
Pinboard Agent |
Grants access to the Pinboard. The user can read, edit, create or delete all posts. |
Pinboard view only |
Grants access to the pinboard. Editing entries is not possible with this permission. |
PM Tenant Company Admin | Grants access to Tenant Company Management with the exception of employees and their names. Tenant companies can be created here, existing tenant companies edited and utilization periods assigned. |
Residential User Agent | Grants access to Residential User Management and makes it possible to edit utilization periods and invite tenants. |
Service-Center Agent | Grants access to the Service-Center and lets the user both edit tickets and create their own tickets. |
Service Provider Admin |
Grants access to create accounts for external service providers and edit them. |
Team Admin | Grants access to Team Management. Users with this permission can invite employees, view and edit their profiles and assign them roles. |
