When you grant permissions to employees, you also have to specify the channels for which those permissions should apply.
Channels can be selected at different levels. The channel could, for example, refer to the entire app, a specific property, an address, or selected apartments and/or offices. Selecting a channel limits the permissions to these channels. Level 1: App

Level 3: Building / address
Level 4: Residential unit / offices / companies
