Once you’ve invited your co-workers and uploaded the master data, you can start
working together to fill the app with content for your tenants and also get familiar with the
functions.
Step 1: Get familiar with the Service Center
Now go to the Service Center in the Cockpit and get an initial overview of the various
filters. This is where all requests/inquiries about residential and office spaces land in the
form of tickets. For detailed information about how to handle tickets correctly and quickly,
cut down on your handling time and ensure that the process runs smoothly, please read
here.
Step 2: Upload documents
Now it’s time to upload any documents that might be relevant for your residential/office
spaces and make these available to your tenants. To do so, go to Documents in the
Cockpit. Prepare the documents you want to upload. Read here to find out how to upload
the documents you’ve selected and define their visibility.
Step 3: Create informational articles
You can now go to Informational Articles in the Cockpit to create articles with static
content that are interesting and relevant for your tenants. Those could include a garbage
pick-up calendar, a list of nearby doctors or recommendations on places to go. Click here
for suggestions on how to present specific types of content and how these informational
articles can benefit your day-to-day work.
Step 4: Create Pinboard posts
Now go to the Pinboard in your Cockpit: Regular posts bring the Pinboard to life and
creates a sense of togetherness among tenants/co-workers. For tips on how to write
Pinboard posts, insert photos and how frequently you should write posts, please read
this section. Why wait? Start posting on your Pinboard right away!
