Admin

Bookings
This is where you can manage room requests, inquiries, reservations and cancellations.

Documents
Use this to manage important apartment- and office-relevant documents. Upload the
documents you need here and assign them to their corresponding apartments or offices.

Master data
As already indicated in its name, this is where all address details are stored. First you
have to upload the master data. You will then be able to configure and delete utilization
and ownership periods as well as send invitations to new tenants. You’ll find all the

Pinboard
The Pinboard offers a quick channel of communication. You can use it to promptly alert
tenants to upcoming repairs, parties, etc. Tenants can also use the Pinboard to post
notifications to other tenants. This section provides detailed information about the

The Service Center establishes a direct line of contact between tenants and Cockpit
users. It uses a ticketing system to handle housing-related requests/inquiries. Read here
