You’ll find several different types of documents under 'My Flat'. These documents could be specific to your own apartment or public, meaning that they’re visible to all users of the app. Apartment-specific documents include floor plans and utilities statements. House rules, on the other hand, are shown to multiple users.
Your property manager will upload all of these documents and you can download and save any that you might happen to need.
As soon as a new document has been uploaded, you will be informed via an email notification. These notifications are being sent to you daily from 06:00 pm to 06:10 pm (UTC).
