Download attachments from a ticket
In the ticket detail view, the side panel contains the Attachments area with all files added to the ticket. Use the download icon to download individual files, or Download all to save all attachments at once.
You can also drag images out of the ticket via drag & drop: click the image, hold down the mouse button and drag it onto your desktop or into an email, for example. This works in the message history, in the side panel and in the enlarged image view. Note that this only applies to images – other file types such as PDFs or videos can be downloaded via the download icon.
