In Allthings Cockpit, you can print a ticket individually or save it as a PDF (via your browser's own print dialog). You can also export all tickets together as a CSV or XLSX file, and download a ticket's attachments. This makes it easier to document and archive your requests.
Printing a single ticket or saving it as a PDF
Open Allthings Cockpit and navigate to Issue management > the desired ticket.
Click the printer icon in the top right, or use the shortcut Shift + P.
Choose a print destination: In the dialog box, under Destination, choose either your printer to print it, or "Save as PDF" to save the ticket digitally.
Click Print to start the process.
Downloading all tickets as a CSV or XLSX file
Important: Only the tickets on the currently displayed page are downloaded. Note the number of tickets shown per page and how many pages of tickets exist in total.
In Cockpit, go to issue management and select the desired ticket overview.
Use the export feature: Click "Download tickets".
Choose a file format: Select the format you want: CSV or XLSX.
Save the file: The download starts automatically. Save the file to your preferred location.
Downloading attachments from a ticket
In the ticket detail view, you'll find the Attachments section in the sidebar, containing all files added to the ticket. Use the download icon to download individual files, or Download all to download all attachments at once.
You can also drag and drop images out of the ticket: click the image, hold down the mouse button, and drag it – for example, onto your desktop or into an email. This works in the message history, in the sidebar, and in the enlarged image view. Note that this only applies to images – download other file types such as PDFs or videos via the download icon.
