The Cockpit’s 'Documents' feature lets you save on postage, paper and especially time. Use this to
store documents right under a tenant’s unit. Then you always know for certain which documents
you’ve already given to each tenant. Plus, if a tenant ever misplaces any important documents (yet
again), all you have to do is refer them to the Documents portion of their app.
