To promote your launch event, a combination of digital and traditional advertising materials is recommended. Highlight 3–4 key benefits of the app that provide real added value to tenants, such as easy damage reporting, digital documents, or direct communication with the management. Explain how tenants can use these benefits, but provide detailed information about the app download and registration process at a later stage.
To ensure smooth communication, include the tenant's email address in the lease agreement. This way, you can inform tenants about the app even before they move in and invite them to use it early on. This allows tenants to familiarize themselves with their new neighborhood and discover initial features before moving in.
Set up your own landing page
A custom and individual landing page will precede the actual login page of the app. This gives you the opportunity to design the page flexibly and freely, showcasing your branding effectively.

Prepare a tenant guide that contains all relevant information about the property, city, management, and app. Provide this to tenants in digital form or as part of a welcome package. This not only creates transparency but also leaves a positive first impression of your management.
Enhance the guide with a QR code or a link to the app to make access as easy as possible. Point out that the most important information will also be directly accessible in the app in the future. This encourages usage and simultaneously reduces inquiries to the management.
Launch event
