Once you’ve launched the app, it’s important that you continue spreading the word. Sometimes it takes a while to convince certain tenants about the many possibilities opened up by digital transformation. Keep mentioning the app in your communications by inserting a link to the app in your e-mail signature, for example, or by hanging up an informational poster with a QR code in the building. These efforts won’t just convince anybody who’s still on the fence about the app, but also reach tenants who might have missed the launch event.
Re-send the activation code together with information about the app to any unregistered tenants. Emphasize just how many advantages tenants will enjoy if they use the app. You should also mention that all requests and inquiries will be handled through the app. We recommend doing this by e-mail since that will allow tenants to install the app right on their smartphone or PC.
You should also continue making active use of the app. Handle tickets quickly and notify your tenants ahead of time about any maintenance work, etc. that might be coming up. Satisfied tenants are happy to share their positive experiences with the app with their neighbors, and that will also give your onboarding efforts an extra push.
