The Role Management tool allows you to assign tasks to your property management employees or external employees (such as contractors or craftspeople, technicians, building managers, etc.) and assign them to properties.
No Cockpit access is required to carry out a role, which is different from rights (such as Service center, Documents, Master Data etc.). Furthermore, roles are always related to a specific property or building.
This makes it significantly easier to assign service center tickets. Your tenants can also see immediately who is responsible for any outstanding work.
If a role for an external service provider is created accordingly, the information that the personal data will be transferred to the respective service provider appears when a new ticket is created.
