Once you have assigned a Property Manager at least one role in a property through Role Management, the 'Team Filter' function in the Service Center will automatically be available to him. That way, under 'Tickets from my properties' the Property Manager be able to access a list of all the tickets for a property for which they were assigned roles.
This way the Employee will always be able to view all the tickets of the property to be managed. This additional filter is especially useful for managing many properties.
