Tenant management is the central place where you can find all information about your tenants. Here you can perform various tasks related to tenant management.
You can:
- view information about registered tenants, invited and imported tenants, and non-registered users (contact details, registration date, current utilization periods or registration codes, tickets associated with the person, tenant ID)
- search for registered as well as invited and imported tenants by using filters (property, address and registration status)
- view the ticket history of tenants and non-registered users
- create new tickets and assign them directly to tenants or non-registered users
- invite imported tenants to the app with one click
- send an invitation reminder to individual or all already invited tenants
- withdraw sent invitations.

In order to be able to use all functions of the tenant management, we recommend the authorizations of the Master Data Admin and Service Center Agent in addition to the Residential User Agent.
