Deleting an Allthings account can no longer be performed directly by the user due to legal and administrative reasons. To delete your account, please contact your property management.
Why must the property management be contacted?
The Allthings app is provided by your property management, and your account is directly linked to your rental or ownership relationship. This connection is utilized for managing rental agreements, utility billing, or other contractual matters; therefore, the property management has control over your account data.
How to request account deletion

Contact your property management: Reach out directly to your property management and inform them of your desire to delete your Allthings account.

Confirmation: After successful deletion, you will receive confirmation from your property management or from Allthings.
What happens to my data after deletion?
Your data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. After deletion, the data will either be anonymized or completely removed, unless it must be retained for a specific period due to legal reasons.
