Offboarding from the Allthings platform
If you want to remove your account from the Allthings platform, you can do this independently via the app.
Important:
- Offboarding removes your account but does not mean complete data deletion.
- If you have open bookings, you must cancel them first before offboarding is possible.
- The Remove My Account option is only displayed in the app settings if you do not have permissions for the Allthings Cockpit or are not a member of a company in the Allthings Cockpit.
How does offboarding work?
- Log in to the Allthings app.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Click on Remove My Account.
- Confirm the removal by entering your email address and password.
→ After successful offboarding, you will receive an email confirmation, including an invitation to re-register if you wish to reactivate your account.
What happens after offboarding?
- All posts you have created will be deleted.
- Communication records with your property management will remain.
- You will be automatically logged out of the app and will no longer have access.
- If you need access to the app again, please contact your property management.
Complete data deletion
To completely delete your data, you must contact your property management.
Why is property management responsible for this?
The Allthings app is provided by your property management. Your account is directly linked to your rental or ownership agreement. Since this connection is used for managing contracts and other matters, the property management has control over your account data.
How do I request complete data deletion?
- Contact your property management directly and request the deletion of your data.
- After successful deletion, you will receive a confirmation from your property management or Allthings.
What happens to my data after deletion?
Your data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. After deletion, your data will either be anonymized or fully removed, unless it must be retained for legal reasons for a specific period.
