Glutz eAccess is a key management system that can be linked to Booking.

Access via link

Booking and generation of the access link
After a booking has been made and confirmed by the administration, an access link is generated which the tenant can use to enter the bookable asset during the booked period.
Important:
In order for a booking to be successfully initiated, the telephone number must be entered with a + followed by the country code (e.g. +41).

Sending the access link
The access link is sent by SMS to the tenant for whom the booking was made.

Smartphone as a key
Download eAccess Mobile from Glutz onto your smartphone and open the access link you received by SMS. You will then be redirected to eAccess Mobile and can open the door during the booked period.
Access via PIN code

After a booking has been made and confirmed by the administration, a PIN code is generated which the tenant can use to access the bookable asset during the booked period.

The PIN code is sent by SMS to the tenant for whom the booking was made.

PIN code as a key
The doors can be opened during the booked period by entering the PIN code on the corresponding PIN pad of the bookable asset.
