The Help Desk lets you communicate quickly with your property manager. To contact your property manager, simply click on “Help Desk”.
Contacting your property manager
Go to “New request” to contact your property manager. Any time, from any place and without being put on hold.
Use the drop-down menu to select a category for your request and enter a subject. Provide a detailed description of the issue and include a photo. That often helps the property manager gain a better understanding of the matter.
When your property manager responds to your request, this message will appear right in the app under the bell icon. The answer will only be visible to you and your coworkers.
Did the response resolve your issue? Then press the “Resolved” button in the ticket to let your property management know that the matter has been resolved to your satisfaction.
Your issue has not yet been fully resolved
Of course, it’s entirely possible that you might have a follow-up request concerning a ticket that’s already been closed or you weren’t satisfied with how the matter was handled. Then select the ticket and go to “Open Ticket”. That re-opens the ticket and lets you pursue the matter further.
