Onsite managers are anybody who handles office management tasks for a team: reception desk staff, team assistants, personal assistants, office managers, etc. onsite managers are usually the power users of the app because they use the Help Desk to communicate with property management, building management or facility management on a daily basis or even use the app to book services.
One of you will become the app manager. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping certain information, like names or the company profile, updated at all times and also for inviting new employees, revoking former employees’ access to the app and working together with the entire onsite manager team to define how you will be using the app. In other words, who will be handling Help Desk tickets, for example.
