The "E-Mail" tab allows you to customize the templates of e-mails sent from the Cockpit.
The sub-item "General Settings" allows you to make changes to the sender, the header logo, the color of the button and the footer of the e-mail. If you have already stored corresponding information under "Service providers", you can select the function "Take from service provider settings".
With "App invitation" you can individually design the text of your invitations. The view on the right side gives you direct feedback on how the e-mail will look like. You can customize the app invitation for both tenants ("residential") and tenant companies or employees ("commercial").
Under "App response" you can customize an automatic response that responds to emails from unregistered users of the E-Mail-to-ticket service.
