Please follow some game rules in order to participate as a local partner in the community on a permanent basis:
Sometimes less is more. Try not to share your offers with our app users every day. Focus on the essentials and make sure that your contributions are not perceived as spam by the app users. Share valuable information, such as promotions, discounts, the weekly menu, a special event, holidays or a competition. We always recommend working with a posting calendar. This way you can easily schedule seasonal offers, are prepared and have an overview of what you shared when with the community.
Our general community rules apply to all app users, we make no exceptions. Also, it is appreciated to keep the communication on the pinboard friendly. These are our 4 rules for a good community:
Always be courteous. No insults allowed.
No Service Center requests and no topics that can be clarified by communicating with another party directly.
Of course, there are things you find annoying, but let’s build a positive community. Choose topics that will help improve your community. No whining allowed.
