You can’t see the forest for the trees anymore and are looking for a specific ticket that’s lost somewhere in the middle of all the other requests and queries you’ve received? We would like to introduce you to the two search features.
1. You simply enter some keywords in the text field provided to find the ticket you are looking for.
2. Create your own and custom filter in the 'Custom filters' area. Please note: Each of your individual filters is only visible to you and not to colleagues or collaborators.
If you click on 'Custom filters', you will see an overview of all tickets. In addition to the familiar keyword search, you now have the possibility to create your customized filter using various criteria such as assigner, requester, property, address, status and category - you decide how the filter is most useful for you. You can select all options and criteria or just a few. Once you've made your selection, you'll see all the tickets that match the filter. You can delete the criteria at any time - either individually or all of them.
You can rename your filter, for example according to a search criterion or the property or office. To do this, click on 'New filter' and edit the title.
Then click on 'Save'. All your filters can be found in the list under 'Custom filters'. There they are available to you at any time. If you no longer need a filter, open the corresponding filter and click on "Delete". As soon as you have confirmed this command, the selected filter is deleted.
