You'll find an overview of all the properties you manage under 'Master Data'.
To see the details of a property or if you want to enter or end an ownership period, open the corresponding property by clicking on it.
Before creating a new ownership period, you first have to make sure that no ownership period is open. If an ownership period is currently ongoing, you must end it first. The new ownership period cannot start until one day after the end date of the previous rental period.
You can add a new ownership period by clicking on the 'New ownership period' button, filling in the corresponding fields and saving the information.
