If your external service provider has not yet been added as a user, you - as the property
manager - first need to invite the external provider as a user in Team Management.
Please make sure that the external service provider is assigned to the same level as you
and given rights as an “External Service Center Agent”.
Once you’ve done that, you can assign the ticket as described above and set the ticket’s
status to “Waiting for external service”.
