Everybody deserves a bit of time off. Unfortunately, you can’t put all your work on hold when you’re gone.
The “Out-of-office” feature gives you the option of selecting somebody to substitute you for as long as you are gone. This person will then receive a copy of all your tickets during this time.
Creating an absence is quick and easy. Go to the Profile Settings by clicking on the profile picture in the upper right-hand corner.
Then open the “Settings” and check the box next to “Out of office”.
The next step is to select the period of time when you will be gone and appoint a substitute.
At the end, you will still need to confirm your choice by clicking on “Save”.
