Invite app users and manage utilization and ownership periods

Tenants

Your Cockpit has a 'Tenant Management' tool where you can manage address information
and easily invite your tenants to join the app. There you can enter utilization and ownership
periods and close them again if needed. You’ll find a detailed description of this here.

Employees

Inviting a commercial tenant’s employees to join the app is extremely simple. Please keep in
mind: If no utilization period has been defined for the app user’s commercial tenant, this has
to be done first. Read here to find out how.

To invite an employee to join the app, go to the corresponding organizational chart icon.
