Want to create a new info article? Couldn’t be any easier!
In the Cockpit, select 'Informational Article' to see an overview of all informational articles. Then click on the button 'New Article'.
And off you go:
- choose a language for the new informational article.
- Define its visibility.
- Select a category. You can either choose one of the pre-defined categories or create a new one.
- File attachments are also possible. Simply drag & drop the desired file or picture to add it. Beyond this, you have the option to add attachments for each previously configured language.
- Once finished, save and publish the article.
You've now successfully created a new informational article!
