An Article Agent can create, edit or publish an Info Article and also hide or delete the article for any apps or properties to which they have the respective permissions. Articles that have been published for the entire app can be viewed even without any permission.
Permission assignments don’t just let Article Agents create their own articles, but also edit another agent’s articles if they have the same or higher access permissions.
The Article Agent role is assigned in the Cockpit’s User Management area. Please contact the person in your company who’s responsible for User Management. Within User Management, the Article Agent role can be assigned using the 'Assign role' feature.
