It happens regularly that tenants try to register in the app without having their activation code at hand. This is not a problem. The tenants can submit their application for the activation code to the responsible property manager if they lose or do not receive the activation code. The tenant enters his address via the mask. This ensures that the request is assigned to the correct contact person.
You yourself will receive an e-mail notification as soon as a tenant sends you such a request. Within your address overview you will also find a list of all tenants who wish to activate their accounts for the properties you manage.
To activate the tenant, simply assign him or her to the appartment and add a usage period.

If you reject a request, the requestor receives an e-mail notification.
If you delete a request, the requester does not receive an e-mail notification, so you can start your own registration processes.
