Users breathe life into your app. For that to happen, though, you first have to get their attention. To make sure as many users as possible register for the app, we’ve put together a few tried-and-tested tips on how to make references to the app through a variety of different channels:
Website
Use your website to tell them about the app and the advantages it offers users. Also provide a brief explanation of the registration process.
- Insert an appealing, self-explanatory photo of a smartphone with the open app as an eye-catching visual and you’re guaranteed to have piqued their curiosity.
- Then add a brief text introducing the app with a login window underneath. Your tenants can use that to contact you, get additional information directly from you and have themselves registered for the app.
- Post a photo of their contact on your page. That establishes a sense of trust among your tenants.
E-Mail signature
Use your e-mail signature to promote the app by integrating the banner and link to the app, for example.
Text blocks
Provide text blocks with information about the app for your colleagues to use when corresponding with tenants who still haven’t signed up. By doing so, you not only guarantee that everybody uses the same wording but also help your team promote the app and facilitate the registration process.
Activation through the Service-Center
If a tenant sends you an inquiry or request that you can answer quickly and easily through the Service Center, why not create a 'New Ticket'? You can then use the new ticket to invite that tenant to sign up. Read here for details about how it works.
QR code for your app
Print the QR code in the information letter and any documents you send to your tenants by mail. This will draw your tenants’ attention to the app and let them access it quickly.
