This is where we begin initial promotion of the app to the tenant community. We are mentally preparing our tenants for the change and aiming to generate interest and build up excitement within your tenant community. We want to highlight the upcoming digitisation of building and service elements and the benefits to the tenants.
The launch campaign should use a combination of digital and hard copy materials. We want to highlight 3-4 different benefits for the tenants, that they can obtain via the app, across all the material, as well as promote the ease of getting access to the benefits, but not provide detailed instructions on how to download the app and register at this stage.
Launch event promotion
You might consider hosting an event to launch your new app among your tenants. We recommend mentioning the launch event as part of your initial communications to ensure that your tenants are provided with sufficient notice.
The event should have it’s own benefits, distinct from the app, to encourage attendance, and these should be communicated with via separate collateral.
