If you want to assign a new permission, go to 'Team Management' and click on the corresponding employee. Afterwards click on the 'Permissions' button.
First select the channel or channels for which you want the permissions to apply. During the next step, select the corresponding permission.
Of course you can also revoke an employee’s permission at any time. To do so, just click on the trash can next to the corresponding permission.
If you've assigned your employees the permission for the Service center, then you can decide whether they will be informed about new tickets via email. To do so, simply activate the checkbox next to 'Notify for new unassigned tickets'.
