If you want to assign a new right, go to your employee list and click on the corresponding employee.
Then click the “Assign rights” button. First select the channel or channels for which you want the
rights to apply. During the next step, select the corresponding right. The employee can start working
immediately.
Of course you can also revoke an employee’s rights at any time. Go into the contact and click the “X”
to the right of the corresponding right.
If you've assigned your employees rights for the Service center, then you can decide whether they
will be informed about new tickets via email. To do so, simply activate the checkbox next to "Receive
email notification for new tickets".
