If the Micro app 'Who is who' / 'My neighbors' has been activated in your app, you can communicate directly with your neighbors via the chat function. Just as with the associated micro app, you need to activate your profile to use the feature.
To do this, click on the chat bubble in the menu and then on 'Activate profile'. Alternatively, you can do this in the micro app 'Who is who' / 'My neighbors'.
Once you have activated your profile, you can chat with your neighbors both privately and in public groups, e.g. about a common hobby.
To start a new conversation, click on the profile of one of your neighbors and then on 'Start chat'. Alternatively, you can click on the '+' in the upper right corner of the chat window. Afterwards you can select a person you want to chat with. You can also create a public group with a name and description. If you already want to add members to the group, you can select the neighbors in the list below. Since the group is public other neighbors are allowed to join it.
You can see an overview of your private chats and public groups in the top bar. If you have new messages, their number appears on the chat bubble in the menu item.
