Would you like to stay up to date and be able to respond to new booking and cancellation requests from your tenants as quickly as possible? Simply activate the e-mail notifications in your user profile.
This setting is available to you if you have the "Booking Agent" permission.
Go to your profile picture in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Account & Settings".
Check the box "Notify me about booking and cancellation requests by email.".
Now you will receive e-mail notifications for:
- New bookings/ booking requests
- Cancellation requests for previously confirmed bookings
- Information about cancelled bookings
It depends on your app-, property- or group-permissions, for which you will be receiving email notifications about.
