Email settings in the request form
When you edit your desired quote request form, you have the option under the "Email Setting" tab to customize the email template for the customer. Since the app is in English, feel free to customize or translate the template.
Likewise, you can select the recipients of the request if you don't want to use a general email address.
In the menu, you will find "Settings." Here you can make various settings.
Under "General", you can set how the offer requests should be displayed in the store. Please note that depending on the settings, you may have to upgrade to the free plan here. This will be displayed to you.
Under "Translate" you will find the translations for this app. We recommend that you store "German" as the "Default/Standard" language. Please add the appropriate translations here. You have the possibility to add additional languages at any time.
In the tab "Customer Email Notification", you can customize the general email templates. Again, we recommend that you translate these into German. Here you have the option to customize the templates, for example with your logo. If you want to add an image here, you will need an image URL, which you can access via your store settings. Please do not forget to save the settings (blue button) and update the "Theme" (red button).
