To be able to assign permissions using tags, you must be a "Team Admin".

Do you need the "Team Admin" permission? Inform your current team administrator who can provide you with it.

Assigning permissions with tags

You want to assign a new or already existing employee, permissions for several channels on app, property, building or unit level?

You can do this in the conventional way by selecting them individually, or you can use an existing tag that already contains the channels.

1. Open the Administration as usual and click on "Team Management".
2. Select an existing employee or create a new one.
3. In the Employee view, switch to the "Permissions" tab.
4. Click on "+" on the right side.

5. After clicking on "+", select → "Tags" instead of the "Channels" tab.

6. On the left, you can now select the corresponding "Tags" that contain the desired channels.
   On the right, pick out the permissions you want to add to the employee and click "Save" at the bottom.

The employee now owns the permissions for the selected tags.

You can also add more permissions to this person or remove existing ones.
