Here is an overview of the benefits that seamless tenant communication brings to tenants.
A super simple registration process!
If the tenant's correct email address has already been provided by the property management, registration becomes a breeze—without activation code or activation request.
The tenant will either automatically receive an invitation or receive one once it is sent via tenant management. This depends on your app settings and previous processes.
Notification of important communications
Your tenants will now also be informed via email about new communications marked as important (e.g., noticeboard posts), even if they have not yet registered. The entire post is displayed, so registration is not necessary.
Notifications about app invitations
Through seamless tenant communication, tenants receive information about every invitation, whether to a new app or an additional rental period in the same app.
Notifications about tenant data adjustments
If there is an adjustment to the email address, the tenant will be informed via their old email address. If the data is correct, they must verify it. A separate verification email has been sent to the tenant's inbox.
However, if it is an error, they have the option to contact Allthings Support.
This applies to changes made both in the Allthings Cockpit and in the respective ERP system.
Tickets in the service center
Once your tenants have fully registered, they can view the ticket history. This includes all tickets that you have already created for the addressable users before registration.
