After signing in to the Allthings Marketplace, you can manage your solution provider's information yourself. This includes details about your company such as name, address, website, company logo and sales contact, as well as a short description and a detailed description.
By the time you are given access to the administration section, we have already created your solution provider. However, you are responsible for completing and updating the information. Please enter all information completely and correctly from the start so that we can review it and publish your company in the Allthings Marketplace.
Customize information
- Sign in and open the administration section.
- Click Solution provider in the menu.
- Your solution provider's page opens directly. Enter all the necessary information there.
General information
In the General information tab, you enter the following:
- Company data: official company name, short name, address, country and website
- Company logo (landscape format)
- Sales contact: name, email address and optionally the URL of a contact form
Usually, some data has already been entered. Please check it anyway.
Description
In the Description tab, you add a short description and a detailed description of your company.
Use the dropdown menu in the upper right corner to select the language and add translations. German, English and French are available. We recommend maintaining the texts in all three languages.
After making your changes, click Save in the upper right corner.
Once all information has been completed and saved, please let us know. We will review the details and publish your solution provider page. Publication is carried out exclusively by us.
Where does the information appear in the Marketplace?
Since there is no preview of the solution provider, the following two screenshots show which information is displayed where in the Marketplace.
Further necessary steps
Updating your solution provider does not complete the process. For us to add your solution to the Marketplace, you also need to create a solution. You can find out how in the article Create a new solution.
