In the project view within Allthings Compass, you get a comprehensive overview of all relevant information about your real estate projects. This view is divided into two main areas: the left and the right project page.
General information (left project page)
- Type (Existing building, New building, or Portfolio)
- Type of use (Residential, Commercial, or Other)
- Owner
- Phase (1, 2 or 3)
- Start of construction work
- Start of operation
- Start of marketing
- Location/Region
- Target group
- Units and area
- Certificates
- Website
Stakeholder groups (left project page)
- Owner
- Project client
- Electrical planner
- Total contractor/General contractor
- Companies
- Facility manager
Solutions (right project page)
Here all solutions of the project are displayed.
Note: Other functions, so-called micro-apps, can be activated. You can find these in the Compass menu under Platform settings.
It is possible to filter the solutions by core data, category, solution provider, and status. For more information, click on the solution. Below that, you will find a list of all channels of the project and the respective connected solutions.
The function serves to provide a better overview. To create solutions, select Solutions in the Compass menu.
Project participants (right project page)
Here are all the people who have access to the project and the associated information. All project admins can add more users. These must be assigned to a company.
Two roles can be assigned:
- Project administration
- Project collaboration
Project collaborators cannot add more people.
With Label, you can specify an exact name for the role/responsibility in the project in the free field.
Channels (right project page)
This is used to select which channels (e.g., property or building) belong to the project. This determines which data is displayed in the project.
Configurator (right project page)
The configurator is used in our workshops to find out which digital solutions are useful for your project.
