Open general settings
In the general settings, you define the basic look and feel and configuration of your app. Here you define central elements such as name, logo and design that are visible to residents.
- Navigate to Admin > Platform settings.
- Select General settings.
Edit general settings
You can apply the following settings. Changes are saved automatically. It may take a few minutes for the changes to appear on your platform. Changes are also not always immediately applied in the preview, but may be delayed by a few seconds.
App title
Set the name of the app (no language differentiation possible).
- Format recommendation: Meaningful, maximum 25 characters.

Slogan
Define a short slogan suitable for the respective language.
- Format recommendation: Short and concise, fitting the branding message.

Subtitle
Select a custom text, the address or the property name of the user.
- Options: Custom text, Address, Name of the property or disabled.

App logo
The main logo of your organization or the building.
- Format recommendation: PNG, transparent background, square (500 x 500 px).

App icon
A small icon for recognition in the browser and on mobile devices.

App image
The central background image for the login page and the header.
- Format recommendation: JPG, aspect ratio 16:9 (min. 1920 x 1080 px).

Available languages
Management of active languages for the app interface.
- Function: Defines in which languages the app is available. Add more languages via "Search". Available are German, English, French, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch.

Theme
Controls the contrast of the user interface.
- Format recommendation: "Pale" is recommended, unless you want a white app icon.

Invitations from residents
Allows residents to invite other people to the app.
- Setting: Enable or Disable.

Function:
- Residents can invite other people to the app from within the app.
- Invited persons are automatically added to the same utilization period and have the same permissions.
- Names and e-mail addresses of all persons in the same utilization period are visible to the residents among themselves.
Support e-mail address
Internal contact address for reports from the community.
- Function: Recipient for abuse reports (e.g. for pinboard posts).

Other:
- Will not be publicly displayed in the app (system internal only).
Core data
Linking app content with the building structure.
- Setting: Enabled by default.
- Function: Enables content control at the level of properties, buildings or units.
- Other: Deactivation only recommended for properties with a single unit.
