Privacy basics
The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and only to the extent necessary for the use of the Allthings app. This includes, for example, your contact data, which can be used for communication with the property management or other service providers.
Detailed information can be found in our privacy policy. The privacy policy can also be accessed in the app via the main menu at the bottom left.
Who has access to the app?
The community is formed by the people registered in the app. These people live or work in your direct vicinity. Don't worry, your management ensures that only authorized persons get access.
In addition, selected local partners have access. Local partners can be, for example, a café or a shop in your area. They are authorized to post offers or similar on the pinboard.
We, the Allthings app team, also have access to the community. We can read your contributions, answer questions, and support you in your neighborhood engagement.
What information about you is visible to other users?
The protection of your data is our top priority. Therefore, other users of the app only see your name and your profile picture, but not your email address. You can, of course, change and adjust all your profile information at any time under Settings. Please use your correct and complete name when registering.
Note: Persons who are in the same rental or ownership period have insight into the invited persons of this rental period, including their email addresses and activation codes.
If you do not want your first and last name to be visible to other users in the app, you have the option to set up an alias. This alias will be displayed in all areas of the app where you interact with your neighborhood (e.g., pinboard posts or messages). This allows you to remain anonymous and still actively participate in the community. You can find out how to set up an alias and what is important here.
If you wish to remove your account from the Allthings platform, you can do so independently via the app. You can find out how this works here.
