In the Allthings app (Resident Portal), they can publish a current weekly menu or interesting offers on the pinboard. This creates added value for the community of residents: they benefit from local offers and connect with their surroundings.
What are the benefits of the app for local partners?
The app offers you a free platform on which you can present your business locally. You reach new target groups and can introduce your business to the neighborhood. As a local partner, you have the opportunity to win local customers and draw attention to yourself with exclusive offers, events or competitions. What content you share with the community is up to you.

- No spam: Please avoid excessive advertising or content that could be perceived as spam.
- In addition, our general community guidelines also apply to local partners.
If these rules are not followed, Allthings reserves the right to remove your access or your posts.

If you would like to become a local partner in an Allthings app, please contact the Allthings team or the responsible property management directly. After a brief review of your request, you will receive all the necessary information and your access to the app.
