What can be posted?
The pinboard is meant to be a helpful and friendly place for everyone. The following content can therefore be posted:
- Posts that are relevant and useful for the community
- Factual and constructive content that encourages exchange in the community
- Clearly and understandably worded questions, offers or requests
- Content that relates to local events or circumstances
Examples of suitable posts
- Weekly changing offers: Inform the community about a new weekly menu or special promotions.
- Competitions: Share your business's competitions directly on the pinboard.
- Events: Invite the community to special events, for example an open day, a tapas evening with live music or an anniversary.
- Innovation and news: Has your business introduced a new treatment method or acquired something exciting at a trade fair? Inform the residents and spark their interest.
What cannot be posted?
Not everything is suitable for the pinboard. Please note the following:
- No spam: Less is often more. One or two posts per week are sufficient.
- Relevance: Only post content that relates to your business and its offer.
- Respect: Always write your posts in a friendly and respectful manner.

Whether someone reads a pinboard post or scrolls on is often decided in the first 3 to 5 seconds. The following tips help you design your post optimally:
Use images effectively
- Image section: Choose an image section that clearly conveys your message. Avoid indefinable or uninteresting motifs.
- Text in the image: Design images so that important text is directly visible, even without opening the post.
Event posts – what must be included
- Occasion: What is the reason for the event?
- Date: When does it take place?
- Time: When does it start?
- Dress code: Is particular clothing requested?
- Costs: Is there an entrance fee?
- Reservation: If needed, provide contact details for reservations (email, phone number, website).
Competition posts – key questions
- Terms of participation: What do participants have to do?
- Prize: What can be won?
- Duration: How long does the competition run?
- Draw: When and how is the winner determined?
- Frequency of participation: How often can someone take part?
- Conditions: What are the requirements?
