Introduction
Allthings Insights provides a comprehensive overview of relevant statistics on the use of the app and the cockpit within your properties. The entire data history of your apps is available to you here. By using Allthings Insights, you can make well-founded decisions and optimally analyze the use of your app and the cockpit.

Required permissions
To access Allthings Insights, you need the "Insights User" permission. This permission can currently only be granted by Allthings. Please contact your responsible contact person for this. An overview of all permissions can be found here.
Functions in Allthings Insights
- Data analysis with filters: On the right side of the screen, you will find a variety of filters with which you can precisely define datasets. Adjust the filters to your needs and then click on "Apply filters" to confirm the selection.
- Exporting chart data as a CSV file: You can easily download the data from a chart as a CSV file. To do this, simply click on the download button above the chart.
Benefits of Insights
Insights provide a data-based foundation for strategic decisions. It helps you to identify usage trends, identify optimization potential and specifically develop your digital communication strategy.
Example for using Insights
You want to analyze how often a micro-app was used in a specific property last month. With the help of the filter function, you can specifically filter by property and time period and export the results as a CSV file. This provides you with a solid basis for your further planning.
