Are you seeing a message from Google reCAPTCHA saying you've been identified as a "robot" when trying to log in or register? This can happen even during completely normal login attempts and usually has one of the following causes:
- Blocked or outdated cookies: Google reCAPTCHA needs cookies enabled to correctly assess your behavior.
- VPN or proxy: A VPN connection or proxy server is sometimes flagged as suspicious by Google.
- Browser extensions: Ad blockers or tracking blockers can interfere with the reCAPTCHA check.
- Incorrect date/time: An incorrectly set system clock can also affect the check.
What can you do?
- Reload the page and try again.
- Temporarily disable VPN, proxy, ad blockers, or similar extensions.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies, or use a different supported browser.
- Check that the date and time on your device are set correctly.
